Part Collector

Buyer Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026  ·  Part Collector Ltd

Please read carefully. By purchasing on Part Collector — whether by placing an order, confirming a listing, or using any buy-flow button within our Discord server — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Buyer Terms in full.

1. About Part Collector

Part Collector is operated by Part Collector Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria. We operate an online marketplace hosted on Discord that connects buyers and sellers of automotive spare parts ("the Platform").

Our registered correspondence address is available upon written request via our contact form (select Legal & Privacy).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase on the Platform. By agreeing to these terms you confirm you meet this requirement. You must have an active Discord account and a verified PayPal account connected to your Discord profile (required for identity and payment verification).

3. Nature of the Marketplace

Part Collector is a marketplace facilitator. The sale contract for any item is formed directly between you (the buyer) and the individual seller. Part Collector Ltd is not a party to the sale contract and does not hold stock or take title to goods.

Accordingly, while we enforce our Seller Rules and may intervene in disputes, we are not the seller of record for regulatory purposes unless otherwise stated on a specific listing.

4. Placing an Order

Orders are placed through the Discord bot interface. A binding purchase agreement is formed when:

  1. You initiate a purchase via the bot and provide delivery details;
  2. The seller confirms availability within the stated response window; and
  3. Payment is successfully processed through PayPal.

We will send you an order confirmation to your Discord DM. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact support.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in the currency shown on the listing. Prices include applicable VAT where the seller is a VAT-registered business. Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout and form part of the total order price.

Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. By completing payment you also agree to PayPal's own terms of service. We do not store your payment card information; all payment data is handled by PayPal.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Estimated delivery timescales are provided by the seller and are indicative only. Part Collector Ltd does not arrange or control shipping. The seller is responsible for:

  • Packing the item safely and appropriately;
  • Dispatching within the stated handling time;
  • Providing a valid tracking number where applicable.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. If an item is lost in transit, you must open a dispute within 30 days of the estimated delivery date via our contact form (select Legal & Privacy).

7. Item Condition and Accuracy

Sellers are required to describe items accurately and disclose any defects. If you receive an item that is:

  • Significantly not as described;
  • Materially defective in a way not disclosed; or
  • Not the item ordered;

you are entitled to a full refund. Please open a dispute within 7 days of receipt via our contact form (select Legal & Privacy).

8. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and you purchase from a business seller, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason, pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, you must notify the seller (and notify us via our contact form) before the 14-day period expires. You must return the item at your own expense in its original condition.

Waiver of Withdrawal Right: Where you request the seller to begin preparing or shipping a customised or specially sourced part, and the seller confirms this in writing before dispatch, you agree that the right of withdrawal is lost once the seller has started performance, as permitted by Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items that have been clearly used, installed, or fitted;
  • Customised or bespoke parts;
  • Goods with hygiene seals broken where return would be inappropriate;
  • Private (non-business) seller transactions (peer-to-peer).

9. Prohibited Purchases

You must not use the Platform to purchase:

  • Counterfeit, cloned, or fraudulently represented parts;
  • Items subject to export controls or trade embargoes;
  • Parts intended for illegal vehicle modification;
  • Any goods whose purchase or possession is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

10. Disputes and Resolution

If a dispute arises with a seller, we encourage you first to raise it directly via the bot's dispute function. Our moderation team will review evidence and mediate in good faith. For purchases made via PayPal, you may also raise a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Centre.

Part Collector Ltd's facilitated dispute process does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

For unresolved complaints, EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Part Collector Ltd's liability arising in connection with a transaction (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the order value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Data Protection

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to such processing. Your data may be shared with sellers solely to the extent necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., your delivery address).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Buyer Terms from time to time. We will notify you via the Discord server and/or by DM at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

15. Contact

For any queries regarding these terms, please use our contact form (select Legal & Privacy).
